Post Snowden Nails is a collaboration project of Aram Bartholl and Nadja Buttendorf, which was done during Nadja’s Nail Art Residency in 2016. Post Snowden Nails is a set of five micro SD cards glued to the fingernails of one hand. Each card contains a different set of data, which can be accessed with the help of a SD-card-USB adapter. Each data fingernail can be plugged directly into a computer USB port (or phone), in some cases an extension cable might be useful.
