Hankil Ryu works based on his interest in diverse fictional possibilities that are drawn and extended from sound itself and elements inherent to sound. He set up the collective A.Typist with Kim Taeyong and lo wie, and works as a member of FEN (Far East Network), an Asian improvisation music group.
