SEAWEED

SEAWEED, a global network platform based on art, collaborates with local and international artists and cultural content producers to experiment with projects that cross the border between work and play. In 2017, SEAWEED published the independent art and culture magazine SEAWEED Journal, which is the focus of their activities—so far, they have published three editions in Korean and English, both online and printed versions. In addition, SEAWEED opened a space called playbor (a combination of play and labor) through diverse practices, such as networking parties and collaboration projects, ultimately aiming to create online and offline spaces where artists of all regions and genres can freely pursue enjoyable and meaningful projects.
