This year, the inaugural programs of SMB research include several online resources: “SMB Interview”, “SMB RE-VISIT” and “SMB Open Research.” “SMB Interview” publishes interviews with participants from past biennales who share their experiences and memories in order to compile a public archive. “SMB RE-VISIT“ is a meta-critique project that reinterprets the Biennale from a specific perspective by re-examining the Biennale database. “SMB Open Research” comprises data gathered during a joint research workshop conducted prior to developing an integrated website (forthcoming), where all results will be shared as they become available.
