SMB Research comprises interviews reexamining interpretations of media art in the continuum of the Biennale’s history and collected resources, reports (including workshop outcomes), and essays mainly commissioned by each project studying different themes. Research refers to the outcomes of intellectual activities centered around the new SMB web system. Primarily consisting of text and image materials, these research results foster continuous reflection, dialogue, and sharing as an extension of project activities, offering opportunities for engagement to a broader audience without spatial or temporal limitations.
