Bulloch’s work explores connection by proposing links between viewers and the artist through objects that respond to changes in the exhibition environment. Non-narrative elements such as light, color, and sound exist as components of an abstract utopian space contained within wooden boxes, generate audiovisual responses to visitors’ movements, room temperature, and ambient sounds.
