Through installation, sculpture, video and photographic images, Donghee Koo transforms unique aspects of everyday life into artworks that reveal the truths hidden behind realistic phenomena and the three-dimensional structure of the invisible world. Koo’s major solo exhibitions include Flaget 2017-2117: 2022 Good Luck (Aarhus Museum, Denmark, 2022), Delivery (Art Sonje Center, Seoul, 2019) and Overwhelming Memories of Transcendental Approach (Perigee Gallery, Seoul, 2018), as well as participations in the 2020 Busan Biennale, the 13th Sharjah Biennale, and Mediacity Seoul 2012 Spell on You.
