Ku studied French literature and art theory. After serving as exhibitions manager at the Zeroone Design Center Kookmin University, she has been working as an independent curator as well as a freelance editor. Ku was in charge of developing and editing for the non-periodical publication 00 Document, and is currently co-running The Book Society in Seoul.
