The video works of Yoon Jeewon engages connections between subjective memory and factual records, as well as media and image, informed by his investigation of the relationship between human perceptions of the past and present. Yoon’s solo exhibition at Audio Visual Pavilion, Seoul featured his major work 9 Days in the Summer (2019) and he subsequently collaborated with cultural critic Yoon Wonhwa in the 10th Seoul Mediacity Biennale Eu Zen on Soft Places (2018), for which he produced a project that was temporarily occupied by words and images.
