Words such as “defiance of gravity,” “fragmentary,” and “revolutionary” are often used to describe Hadid’s architectural world. Rather than being defined by any specific style, she creates ever-changing spaces that interact with surrounding environments through prominent free-flowing lines. This video parodies the Illinois Institute of Technology campus, which is known as a hotbed of modernist architecture, by infusing it with Hadid’s distinctive aesthetic.
