This artificial intelligence software creates “artificial life” through a game-like interface in which a rich natural environment is populated by strange, unclassifiable creatures and unique life forms are generated based on the user’s alphabetical inputs. These beings compete for food, mate according to their will, reproduce, and ultimately die, creating self-sustaining scenarios much like human society.
