
Adbusters attempts to infuse the Adbusters’ activist spirit into the Seoul Mediacity Biennale 2018. Their artworks and visual memes are displayed in the central booth, but are also peppered throughout the space and selected areas of the city of Seoul. What does it mean to be alive in today’s world? What are the tones & ambiences that drive our lives? What makes us work and buy and sleep and die? And who controls these forces? Adbusters challenges our current perspective and casts some crucial questions.
