As a kick-off to The 12th Seoul Mediacity Biennale THIS TOO, IS A MAP programs, this roundtable brings together a range of its participating artists. The artists in the first panel work in sound, installation, textile, sculpture, painting, performance, and video, each geared towards different ideas and applications of non-territorial mapping. Touching on topics ranging from human and earthly migrations and diasporas, intergenerational imprints, and various concepts of ecology, the participating artists make brief presentations of their work, followed by a conversation with Artistic Director Rachael Rakes and Q&A with the audience.
