This event was a symposium held as part of the 1st Seoul International Media Art Biennale media_city seoul 2000 city: between 0 and 1. It addressed various challenges faced by major cities through academic presentations and discussions by experts from Korea and abroad, and included an exhibition on rivers in major metropolitan areas, including Seoul.
