Jakrawal Nilthamrong is an artist and filmmaker based in Thailand. His work has been presented at major international film festivals and art exhibitions, including the Yamagata International Documentary Film Festival, the Taipei Biennial, the Berlin International Film Festival (Forum Expanded), the SeMA Biennale Mediacity Seoul, the Toronto International Film Festival, and the Bangkok Art Biennale, among others.
His first feature film Vanishing Point (2015) received the Hivos Tiger Award at the International Film Festival Rotterdam and the second feature, Anatomy of Time (2021), premiered at the Venice International Film Festival. In 2025, he had a duo exhibition SPORE presented at Haus für Medienkunst Oldenburg.
He is currently a full-time lecturer in film at Thammasat University.
