The Personal Stories Project is a web-based project conceived by the artist-run space Hapjungjigu. By inviting current and past collaborators to post responses to a series of questions about daily routine, art making, pressing concerns, and community, on the project's website, it aims to engage with the relationships and networks that have supported them over the last seven years. This project is also an opportunity for Hapjungjigu to take stock and imagine their future, while also channeling the disruption caused by the current global pandemic into an ongoing exchange with other arts practitioners. A roundtable is scheduled for October 2021.
