2018 SeMA-HANA Media Art Award Review and Ceremony
The SeMA-HANA Media Art Award was established in 2014 with the support of Hana Financial Group to enhance the recognition of contemporary art and expand its appreciation in Korean society. Awarded at each Seoul Mediacity Biennale, it is given to selected artists who demonstrate new artistic visions and contributions to media art.
The award includes a trophy and prize money, determined through a jury process evaluating participating artists. The recipient(s) are selected by a jury of five domestic and international art professionals, following their review of provided materials, a visit to the exhibition site, and a final discussion.
