This is a video documentation of the lecture “Why Ghosts, Spies and Grandmothers?” by Park Chan-kyong, Artistic Director of SeMA Biennale Mediacity Seoul 2014, delivered on October 23, 2014. The lecture opened Part 1, “Why Ghosts, Spies and Grandmothers?”, of the conference Miracles, Violence, Disorders and Spirits (괴력난신), co-organized by SeMA Biennale Mediacity Seoul 2014 and the Gyeonggi Cultural Foundation.
